1. Payment Methods Accepted
We currently accept the following secure payment options:
- UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
- Bank Transfer / NEFT / IMPS
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for select locations
- Wallet Payments (coming soon)
For direct UPI payments, scan the QR code on the Payment Page or send to PhonePe: 9041301275.
2. Payment Confirmation
- Customers must share a screenshot or transaction ID on WhatsApp after completing the payment: Click here to confirm
- Once payment is verified, your order will be processed within 24 hours.
3. Failed / Cancelled Payments
- If your payment fails due to a technical error, no amount will be deducted.
- In case of a deduction without confirmation, kindly contact us with payment proof.
- Orders with pending payments after 48 hours will be automatically cancelled.
4. Refunds & Returns
- Refunds will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
- UPI/Bank refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
5. COD (Cash on Delivery)
- COD is available on selected pincodes with a nominal fee.
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- Multiple COD rejections may lead to account restrictions.
