1. Payment Methods Accepted

We currently accept the following secure payment options:

  • UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
  • Bank Transfer / NEFT / IMPS
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for select locations
  • Wallet Payments (coming soon)

2. Payment Confirmation

  • Customers must share a screenshot or transaction ID on WhatsApp after completing the payment: Click here to confirm
  • Once payment is verified, your order will be processed within 24 hours.

3. Failed / Cancelled Payments

  • If your payment fails due to a technical error, no amount will be deducted.
  • In case of a deduction without confirmation, kindly contact us with payment proof.
  • Orders with pending payments after 48 hours will be automatically cancelled.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
  • UPI/Bank refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.

5. COD (Cash on Delivery)

  • COD is available on selected pincodes with a nominal fee.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Multiple COD rejections may lead to account restrictions.
