1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
  • Items with physical damage, wear & tear, or without packaging are not eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Grips, scuff sheets, or items with hygiene concerns
  • Items on clearance or final sale

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp at 9041301275 within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.
  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through pickup or return shipment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated once the product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI/Bank) within 5–7 working days.
  • In case of COD orders, refund is done via UPI or bank transfer after bank details are shared.

5. Exchanges

We offer free size or product exchange on eligible items, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same process as returns.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • To cancel, contact us at cricksy.shop@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
  • Once shipped, the order must follow the return process.
