1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders across all serviceable pin codes in India. For remote or unserviceable areas, you will be notified at checkout or contacted directly.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery time may vary due to festivals, natural disruptions, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
- Standard shipping charges are visible during checkout for orders below ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional charge.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp. You can also track your order on your account dashboard or by contacting us.
6. Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, XpressBees, DTDC, India Post, etc., to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If you receive a visibly damaged package, please take photos and contact us immediately before opening.
- For lost shipments or non-delivery within 12 days, reach out to our support for assistance or replacement eligibility.
